Pink Floyd – The Dark Side Of The Moon (SACD hibrid multicanal)

‘The Dark Side Of The Moon’ is a phenomenon. Pink Floyd’s eighth and most successful concept album, released in 1973, established the band as one of the most innovative in rock history. Using complex, experimental and expansive instrumental structures, combined with lyrics by Roger Waters, it explored dark themes of greed, death, transience and madness – and became the band’s greatest success.

Despite its enormous commercial success, ‘The Dark Side Of The Moon’ only received a Grammy nomination for Alan Parsons in the Best Engineered Recording category. It is estimated that around 45 million copies of the album have been sold to date.

This hybrid multi-channel SACD is a reissue of James Guthrie’s 2003 remastering to mark the album’s 30th anniversary.

We recommend the use of „L’Art du Son” CD/DVD conditioner for even more sonic improvement.
