The finest harpsichord playing can be heard here by the Dutch harpsichordist, organist and conductor Gustav Leonhardt. The performance of Bach’s Goldberg Variations – Aria with 30 Variations (Piano Exercise Part IV), BWV 988, was recorded in 1965 in the Hervormde Church in Bennebroek, Holland. The recording was made on a grand piano by Martin Skowroneck, after J. D. Dulcken.
We recommend the use of „L’Art du Son” CD/DVD conditioner for even more sonic improvement.
