Foreigner – Head Games (Vinil 180g, LP dublu)

Foreigners’ platinum-decorated triumph continued with “Head Games”, the band’s third album. Songs like “Dirty White Boy”, “Women” and the title track, which were perfect for the radio, kept the supergroup at the top of arena rock well into the 80s. Just four months after its release, the album went platinum for one million copies sold, and now “Head Games” has reached 5-fold (!) platinum status.

With melodic, catchy rock, which has always distinguished Foreigner, “Head Games” also captured the spirit of the times: rebellious enough to inspire teenagers from the suburbs, but not offensive enough to displease their parents. Strong guitar riffs, hard rhythms and an edgy, sleek sound made “Head Games” one of the most successful rock albums ever!

For the “Atlantic 75 Series”, Analogue Productions is now releasing the definitive deluxe reissue of “Head Games” for the label’s 75th anniversary: as a double LP and in 180-gram vinyl format, cut at 45 RPM and presented in an elaborate, tip-on old style gatefold double pocket jacket from Stoughton Printing – an audiophile version that is guaranteed to be played in “heavy rotation” on your turntable.

We recommend the use of „L’Art du Son” LP cleaner to wet wash your vinyl. Even new records of high quality production will benefit from this.
