Stanley Turrentine – That’s Where It’s At (XRCD24)

Rudy van Gelder recorded „That’s Where It’s At” in January 1962 for Blue Note Records. The album is the first of two collaborations between saxophonist Stanley Turrentine and pianist Les McCann. The rhythm section features bassist Herbie Lewis and drummer Otis „Candy” Finch. Four of the six tracks on this soul-jazz disc are by McCann.
