Monty Alexander – Love you Madly (Vinil 200g, LP dublu)

Jazz pianist Monty Alexander was at the top of his game with his backing band during a 1982 live gig at the legendary Bubba’s Jazz Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Born in Jamaica in 1944, Alexander was hailed by jazz greats such as Kenny Barron for his light-hearted, soulful playing, and listeners will find themselves swinging along to this performance.

This audiophile 24-track recording by Mack Emerman, founder of the legendary „Criteria Recording Studios” (Bee Gees, Eric Clapton, Aretha Franklin), was mastered by René Laflamme and released as a 45 rpm double LP.

Musicians: Monty Alexander (p), Paul Berner (b), Duffy Jackson (dr), Robert Thomas Jr. (perc)

We recommend the use of „L’Art du Son” LP cleaner to wet wash your vinyl. Even new records of high quality production will benefit from this.
