He paved the way for black pop music with his powerful R’nB, his worldly soul and the influence of his political stance on his creative work. The Very Best Of Marvin Gaye contains a fine selection of his most successful tracks, including ‘I Heard It Through The Grapevine’, ‘(Sexual) Healing’ and ‘What’s Going On’.
