Jaco Pastorius – Truth, Liberty & Soul (Vinil 200g, 3 LP-uri)

New York’s „Kool Jazz Festival” invited great talents to the stage, including electric bassist Jaco Pastorius, former member of the band Weather Report and now one of the most important bassists in recent music history. The big band „Word of Mouth” with harmonica virtuoso Toots Thieleman was also part of this performance on 27 June 1982 at Avery Fisher Hall, recorded on 24 analogue tracks with the mobile „Record Plant Truck”. An exceptional recording of an exceptional concert.

This deluxe 45rpm edition is the first to be mastered from the original 2-track master tapes, found some 30 years later, by René LaFlamme.

We recommend the use of „L’Art du Son” LP cleaner to wet wash your vinyl. Even new records of high quality production will benefit from this.
