Gil Shaham/Göran Söllscher – Paganini for Two (SACD hibrid)

Paganini for Two is the compilation of works for violin and guitar recorded fully digitally by Deutsche Grammophon in 1992 at the Jesus Christus Church in Berlin. Contrary to the frequently expressed opinion that fully digital productions are incapable of capturing musical warmth and naturalness, this is a wonderfully warm and absolutely natural recording with beautifully presented space and great sonic presence. The two virtuoso soloists play very sensitively and soulfully in keeping with the recording space.

Here’s a little tip from us: Only the first 1,000 copies of this limited edition, manufactured in Japan, feature a sequential serial number and are therefore extremely sought after by collectors. So don’t wait too long to place your order!

We recommend the use of „L’Art du Son” CD/DVD conditioner for even more sonic improvement.
