Fritz Reiner & Wiener Philharmoniker – Brahms / Dvorák / Strauss (SACD hibrid)

This recording was made in 1956 in Vienna’s Sofiensaal for the Decca label. Its superb acoustics and the legendary skill of Decca’s sound engineers make these recordings a delight. Reiner, who for once does not conduct his Chicago orchestras, is in top form with the Vienna Philharmonic.

Here’s a little tip from us: Only the first 1,000 copies of this limited edition, manufactured in Japan, feature a sequential serial number and are therefore extremely sought after by collectors. So don’t wait too long to place your order!

We recommend the use of „L’Art du Son” CD/DVD conditioner for even more sonic improvement.
