Fritz Reiner drives the Chicago Symphony Orchestra to greatness as he plays a program of Russian composers, clearly keeping in mind the marketability of the recording for RCA. The concept apparently worked, as there have been countless reissues of the album since its initial release in 1960, and it remains part of the standard repertoire of music lovers who don’t prefer sustained classical music.
We recommend the use of „L’Art du Son” LP cleaner to wet wash your vinyl. Even new records of high quality production will benefit from this.
