Bill Evans – Some Other Time (Deluxe) (Ediție Deluxe pe bandă magnetică (2 benzi))

The material on ‘Some other Time Vol. 1′ is from a studio session that took place on 20 June 1968 with Hans Georg Brunner-Schwer and Joachim-Ernst Brendt in the Black Forest – five days after Evans’ famous performance at the Montreux Jazz Festival with bassist Eddie Gomez and drummer Jack DeJohnette. The Verve recording of the Montreux performance won a Grammy, but this studio recording has been in the archives ever since.

Mastered by René Laflamme, this edition contains two audiophile SM900 tapes recorded at 15 ips in CCIR (also available in NAB) on two balanced metal reels manufactured in Germany by Feinwerktechnik Allgäu. It is accompanied by a booklet.

2xHD tapes are ordered on request with a waiting period.
